As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our team.
Roles Description :
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Franchise Sales Manager to drive the growth of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or technology sector, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The Franchise Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint through identifying, onboarding, and nurturing franchise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Franchise Development:
- Identify and research potential franchise partners in designated regions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit new franchisees.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to assess franchise opportunities and competition.
b. Sales and Negotiation:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor proposals that meet the unique needs of each franchisee.
c. Training and Onboarding:
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure comprehensive onboarding programs for new franchise partners.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to franchisees to ensure successful implementation of our educational solutions.
d. Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise partners and regularly evaluate their performance against these benchmarks.
- Work closely with franchisees to address challenges, provide guidance, and optimize their operations.
e. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on franchise sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimising the franchise network.
