Framewirk - Program Manager

We are looking for a Manager - Programs & Products, who is passionate and capable of driving the next wave of e-commerce in India for small businesses across multiple sectors using beckn protocol.

Responsibilities:

- Develop methodologies to enable retail and e-commerce businesses to get onto beckn protocol across multiple domains

- Own the end-to-end business implementation activities for the program

- Manage the digital transformation for retail and small business players with limited technology backend

- Strategic analysis and designing solutions to empower MSMEs with interoperable beckn protocol

- Manage project scope and activities across beckn enabled startups in retail, FMCG and mobility sectors

- Monitor value creation for all stakeholders and provide value augmentation solutions

Requirements:

- 1-4 years work experience in program management or product management

- Proven ability of planning and scoping complex projects involving multiple organisationsand stakeholders

- Clear understanding of e-commerce workflows is a must

- B. Tech plus a Masters degree in any discipline is a must

- Confident in managing technical as well as business teams in digital transformation projects

- Understanding how microservices and APIs work from a business point of view is a plus
