Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Luxury Positioning
- Define and refine the brand identity, voice, and aesthetic with a clear luxury narrative
- Develop strategic campaigns and storytelling that enhance brand equity
- Ensure brand consistency and elevate premium perception across all channels
Performance Marketing & Growth
- Partner with growth and digital teams to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
- Support performance marketing campaigns (meta, paid search, etc.) with strong brand creative
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize brand efforts for results and ROI
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Build a network of aligned influencers and tastemakers in beauty, fashion, and culture
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns, gifting strategies, and long-term ambassador relationships
- Monitor performance and engagement to refine approach
Photoshoots & Visual Content
- Lead the creative vision and production of campaign, e-commerce, and social shoots
- Oversee art direction, styling, and casting in line with luxury positioning
- Ensure visual assets resonate with aspirational and brand-forward audiences
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify and manage luxury-aligned brand collaborations that expand reach and storytelling
- Own end-to-end execution including concept, launch strategy, and promotion
D2C & E-Commerce Presence
- Maintain and enhance the e-commerce experience through product storytelling, imagery, and UX
- Collaborate on CRM, email, and retention strategies to drive lifetime value
- Ensure the digital storefront reflects luxury quality and brand depth
Offline Expansion & Experiential
- Support entry into luxury retail, pop-ups, and boutique partnerships
- Conceptualize elevated in-store experiences and activations
- Work with partners to ensure premium execution and consistency
Market Insight & Reporting
- Track competitor activity, consumer behavior, and cultural trends
- Report on campaign and brand performance across key KPIs
- Use data to refine creative strategies and brand growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative strategy (luxury, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
- Proven ability to position and grow a premium/luxury brand
- Strong understanding of D2C and omnichannel brand building
- Experienced in influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships
- Highly organized, creative, and performance-driven
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Passion for fragrance, aesthetic detail, and cultural nuance
