Marketing Manager- D2C

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:


- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.


- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on Meta and Google, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:


- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.


- Utilize a mix of digital, email, whatsapp and content marketing.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:


- Develop strategies to attract new customers while retaining and nurturing existing customers.


- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and loyalty programs.

Market Research:


- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Digital Marketing:


- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.


- Analyze performance metrics to continually improve ROI.

Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

Reporting and Analysis:


- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance marketing metrics.


- Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance and ROI.

Project/ B2B collaboration and Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.


- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a D2C environment.


- Experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is highly desirable.
