Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Brand Expression:

- Lead creative direction across brand campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, and digital activations

- Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity and creative tone across all mediums

- Build a design-first creative system that's luxurious, consistent, and conversion-aware

- Oversee all content creation-from reels and UGC to editorial shoots and digital ads

Design & Content Execution:

- Direct, review, and collaborate on all design output: web, social, packaging, emails, ads, marketplace assets, and more

- Own the creative calendar, aligning visuals with launch moments, campaigns, and performance goals

- Work with designers, editors, photographers, and stylists to execute high-impact visuals

Photoshoots & Campaign Production:

- Conceptualize and direct product shoots, brand campaigns, and social-first shoots

- Manage both big-budget and lean-budget productions effectively

- Ensure content is scalable for paid ads, organic social, and e-commerce

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Manage and mentor the in-house and freelance creative team (designers, editors, stylists, DPs, etc.)

- Work closely with growth, social, influencer, PR, and product teams to align creative with business needs

- Maintain a high standard of execution across all outputs

Digital-First & Performance Understanding:

- Craft content and creative with a deep understanding of platform algorithms (Meta, Instagram, Google)

- Collaborate with growth team to deliver creative variations for ads, email, website, WhatsApp, marketplaces

- Lead and optimize creative across D2C and marketplace platforms (Nykaa, Amazon, etc.)

- Use analytics and performance data to iterate and improve design strategy

Qualifications:

- 6-10+ years in art direction, visual design, or content leadership (luxury, D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries preferred)

- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, editorial direction, digital design, and performance creatives

- Expert-level design sensibility and fluency across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

- Proven experience managing creative teams and scaling content systems

- Ability to work across both high-gloss production and agile, fast-turnaround creative

- Strong knowledge of social and ad platform formats, specs, and creative performance metrics

- Comfort working across web, mobile, marketplace, and omni-channel assets
