Role Brief:

The Mobility & Immigrations specialist will approach our Work Permit operations & International relocation with orientation of providing high quality service & resolution. Overall 5 + years of experience in managing immigration and/or mobility specialist

Team : This role will be part of the Human Capital - O&A (Operations & Analytics) team. The O&A team aims to provide superlative experience to every Fractalite by running a tight operational ship, infuse technology and delivery analytics to help every people decision.

- Domain Excellence : Understand the vagaries of work permits (especially US) and understand the implications/actions that are required in various scenarios

a) Delivers high quality outcomes on time. Tracks progress on applications and other key metrics.

B) Is a team player, is self-driven and demonstrates learning agility to continuously sharpen skills in line with the market needs

Job Responsibilities:

- End to end SPOC for Global Immigration & relocation process

- Work with our Partner Immigration lawyers for managing International Work Permits

- Preparing candidates for Visa interviews (dos and donts for each visa process)

- Managing communications with Individuals and Managers (Responding to Queries and Keeping them updated on status)

- Partner with outside counsel to manage PERM process, including preparation of job description and position requirements, prevailing wage requests, and recruitment placing and tracking. Work with internal recruiting team to review resumes for PERM position applicants

- Perform the thorough analysis of case documents and foreign national history to provide guidance on best method to maintain U.S. work authorization

- Provide education and training to hiring managers, employees, and recruiting on visa classifications and immigration regulations.

- Partner with business to help draft best response to RFEs on US Work permits

- Manage mobility program for the company that includes smooth relocation of employees to and from international offices.

- Build relocation Guides to provide individuals with all information needed to settle down in the new country

- Keep abreast of immigration law updates, determine the impact on business operations, and serve as immigration legal news resource to stakeholders within the business.

- Managing Expedition of Visas on case to case basis

- Invoice management for Immigration Vendors

- Collaborate with the C&B team to communicate on salaries to individuals identified for transfer

- Engage with Immigration Vendor to understand Work Permit requirements & process for any new countries

- Ensure operational efficiency in every process and provide delight in every interaction

- Ensure timely reporting on process efficiency, number of applications, adherence to timelines and overall feedback on the process

The Person: Experience:

- Must Have: Previous experience of handling work permits for US (H 1B, L- 1A/ L- 11B, and I- 140/ 1- 485 petitions, PERM process) is a must

- Good to Have: Previous experience having setup mobility programs

- Education: Bachelors degree in any field, Degree in Law
