Responsibilities:
- To be successful in this role S/He must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit sourcing SLAs. - The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition, sourcing methodologies and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and HR business partners. - S/He would be required to source top talent - A Players- from top tier companies in the Analytics, Technology and Data Sciences- space.
- As a Sourcing Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for generating candidate pipeline in Analytics and Technology space for various business units globally using both conventional and unconventional sourcing methodologies
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source 'A' players from colleges, workplaces, databases and the web
- Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through selection trends.
- Always having the recruitment hat on and always open to reach out to great talent.
- Catapult Fractal into the league of the busiest Analytics brands recruiting in the social space.
Jobs - Distribution across existing ATS, Job Portals, targeted forums & websites etc
- Talent Mining and uploading leads into recruitment ATS and also converting "Leads into Prospects" by updating profile details
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 -10 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in the technology and/or Analytics industry.
Should have extensive experience in - Internet sourcing techniques- along with conventional sourcing methods.
- Expert in passive candidate search - X-ray search, Flip search, Graph Search, Deep search, Name search and other sourcing techniques
- Ability to develop Market intelligence and Candidate mapping reports for target companies and skills
- The resource should be research oriented to be able to take up the challenge to analyze vast data in order to develop leads and intelligence
- Strong experience in recruiting with a technology product or services company
- Experience working with an ATS in a high volume and detail-oriented environment required
- A great sense of humor! and a love for recruiting
