Experience :

- Strong experience in MS spreadsheet and power point presentation

- Ability to understand reporting from a business perspective

- Exposure to any ERP (SAP / MS Navision / Oracle)

- Deep understanding of P&L, CAPEX/OPEX, SOWs and Commercial terms

- Preparation/development of accounting manuals IGAAP/US GAAP/IFRS/IndAS

- Application of Tax Accounting standards for preparation of tax based financial statements

- Executive valuations and due diligence projects

- Develop and maintain high performing teams.

- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. Lead by example.

- Use technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the teams skills.

- Actively participate in organizational initiatives like diversity and inclusiveness, trainings, others

- To prepare, discuss and finalize the audit reports and ensuring that they are of consistently high standard.

Qualification :

- Excellent MI reporting.

- Should have 10 years of experience
