Job Description
- Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems
- Interface with client to understand their problems and work with the delivery team on solutions that address the client needs
- Manage single or multiple engagements with a team of project managers and business consultants
- Structure business problems and design solution in the areas of Marketing, CPG and Retail industries
- Understand and manage engagements to meet client expectations and build, deepen and broaden client relationships
- Provide high-end consulting to clients at the business head level to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models that support the realization of business objectives
- Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations at senior executive levels

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Client results and response focus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types of data
- Technical mastery in tools such as SAS/SPSS/R/ironPython and Spotfire/Business Objects
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
- Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Accuracy and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications
- Should have worked in the analytics industry
- Should be a self motivator and a team player
- Ability to mentor and lead teams
