KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the overall people strategy for India
- Lead the full range of people initiatives for making Fractal a Great Place To Work, including
- Talent management across varying levels of seniority (acquisition, seamless onboarding, career development)
- Driving partnership with hiring managers, groups or organization leaders, and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs. Become a subject matter expert within client group.
- Drive firm level hiring projections, and manage the budgets optimally
- Design and implement an employer branding strategy to attract the best talent to Fractal.
- This involves both campus hires and experienced people.
- Set up & implement employee friendly, transparent and simple policies & processes that enable:
- Mobility and onboarding for movements across locations
- Identifying high performance / high potential employees and designing special programs for their career development
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and reward and recognition programs
Qualifications & Key Skills Required
- Highly empathetic leader of people
- 15+ years of relevant experience across the entire
- Metric driven, tech savvy and has strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
- High level of operational discipline and result orientation
- Creative & thrives in ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with others
