The Engagement Manager, Supply Chain Analytics (CPG) and Scaled Solutions will play a vital role in leading and managing consulting and analytics engagements and teams in Fractal. He/She will maintain and develop client relationships as required. He/She will manage analysts and prioritize objectives in order to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results. He/ She will be responsible for building and managing client relationships by working closely with business development and onsite consulting teams as well as internal capability teams of Fractal. This will be measured against the revenue growth from the account.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client's business questions and be able to develop solution architecture
- Make sure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with client's needs and expectations
- Lead client engagements and assignments to ensure appropriate resource utilization, resource utilization, and quality assurance
- Capability Development: Work with the team to help build cutting edge solutions
- Provide guidance to junior analysts for solving problems, developing analytical strategies, and helping them apply analytical techniques and frameworks
- Lead Supply chain domain team for initiating supply chain innovations in the fields of demand forecasting, inventory analysis, Manufacturing insights, Logistics and RFI preparation
- Lead other analytics solutions at global scale
- Device big rock solutions in the supply chain space and lead them e2e bringing together advanced analytics and data engineering.
- On occasion will involve engagement and initiatives across multiple Supply Chain functions
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations, and meet all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients
- Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them
- Recruit, train, develop and coach talent
- Generate insights and present findings and deliverable to client that meets business requirements
Qualification & Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in business consulting with an emphasis on Scaled analytics solutions in supply chain and business data with exposure to some following areas:
- Demand forecasting
- Network & Inventory optimization
- S&OP process improvements
- Logistics & Distribution
- Procurement, Spend analytics
- Manufacturing, Reliability / Preventive maintenance
- Deep expertise in atleast 3 areas of supply chain, data engineering and scaling of analytics solutions.
- Proven track record in Supply chain analytics space with focus on solutioning, while managing multiple projects and leading engagements
- Supply Chain Industry certifications (CPIM, CSCP)
- Ability to independently manage research engagements from start to finish, delivering actionable insight within established timelines and budget
- Experience working in a consultative capacity (internal or external) is a strong plus
- Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required.
- Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences, extract insights and communicate effectively
- Experience interfacing with clients or high-level executives
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent project management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
- Needs to be a thought leader and question and push boundaries
- Exposure to SAP BW, SAP HANA
- Candidate needs to have enough knowledge of data science to be able to converse with and guide clients and lead team. Hands-on data science experience is not mandatory, but will be helpful in performing the role well.
Education :
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is required
