Job Responsibilities:
- This role is for one of Fractal's strategic accounts responsible for providing best in class analytical services delivery.
Led the consulting efforts for a strategic client in the CPG/FMCG sector and be responsible for solution conceptualization, project management, client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
- Contribute in helping our clients by creating unique and insightful pieces of research, covering both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Research on market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to build strong products and sales capabilities
- Should be able to independently design, implement, track and monitor business & underline performance matrices via project planning, execution, and delivery
- Build client relationships and understand client objectives and needs. Support our clients with timely and high-value analyst support.
- Work closely with sales team in developing and growing both syndicated and consulting business
- This individual should be a proven expert in applying and fitting diverse analytic methodologies to problem-solving specifically within CPG business functions like Customer Development, Category Management, Supply Chain, and S&OP.
- The key focus of this position will be to lead multiple delivery teams, partner with sales in providing consulting and content support for new opportunities, creating toolkits, and ensuring client success by implementing scaled analytics solutions.
- Must be a well-rounded leader, with the ability to approach projects both operationally and analytically and lead large teams and client engagements.
Position Expectations:
- Leads team in the data synthesis process, solution design, and creation of actionable insights, Implications, and recommendations to address client's business issues and /or identify opportunities in the areas of sales (direct and indirect) and promotions management (Trade/consumer).
- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving using advanced analytics
- Organized project management skills
- Support and partner with sales, to scope client need, and frame up Fractal's approach.
- Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions
Qualification & Experience:
- 7-10 years of Research & Consulting experience in developing markets (India would be a plus).
- The candidate must have good experience in FMCG domain
- Strong background in leading consulting and leveraging analytics teams would be critical to success.
- Deep expertise of CPG domain (specifically in sales, category management, promotions - consumer and trade funds, promotions)
- At least 3+ years of leading team and working across cross-cultural teams
- Excellent track record of engaging at C-suite level and excellent at stakeholder management and is able to drive groups, including senior level groups, to conclusions
- Working knowledge of any of the BI tools such as Spotfire or Tableau
- Working knowledge of any of the analytics tools such as R or SAS or Python
- Knowledge of variety and advanced analytic and research approaches, including Price/promotion models, marketing mix models, SEM, segmentation, forecasting. digital attribution, machine learning, good visual storytelling skills
- Good Thought Leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
