We are currently hiring “Data Scientists” at Fractal Sciences. Fractal Sciences is the Big Data Management and Technology arm at Fractal where we are building proprietary algorithms and analytics consumption platforms.
We are building a team of Data Scientists proficient in designing and developing solutions across technologies and building algorithms using machine learning techniques.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Explore big data at Fractal Analytics to surface useful trends, signals, and segments
- Build algorithms and related applications to deliver on key strategic data products
- Improve methods that we use to create, mine, model, and deliver data to business stakeholders
- Build real-time analytics platform to deliver real-time targeting, optimization and recommendation engines
Desired Skills and Experience :
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Prior experience in machine learning and big data
- Proven track record of working on complex modular projects,
- Able to execute research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.
- Passion and enthusiasm for creating applications that analyze huge data sets and make actionable
- recommendations
- Proven ability to identify relationships within large, not obviously related data sets
- Ability to build and interpret probabilistic models of complex, high-dimensional systems
