About the Role:

Control Tower - Supply Chain is a central (Pan India) monitoring unit functioning within the supply chain division of Fraazo.

As Sr. Manager Control Tower Supply Chain, you will be responsible for complete oversight of supply chain operations across Dark Stores across various locations and ensure an un - parallel experience to the customers.

What will you do -

First Mile:

- Support the Dark Store team by providing visibility and insights by setting up process adherence checks and publishing metrics to first mile team

- Co-ordinate for all exceptions with Dark Store ops and CC/MH Ops and resolve them on a regular basis.

- Dark Stores Operations

- In Stock Management: Work with CC/MH Ops for ensuring ASN compliance and ASN adherence, build checks in inward process, ensure all inwards are done within SLA and accurately

- Track put - away process and ensure timely in - stock of goods. Supervise cycle counting and inventory correction activity.

- Track and publish productivity reports for inward, put away, picking, packing executives. Conduct complete RCA on fill rate issues and publish reports

- Customer Experience - NPS / Quality / Breach: First level escalation in case of any process failures. Ensure the process adherence & performance is met and provide support and guidance in case of any lag. on performance for different locations - DSs.

- Co-ordinate with KAM / VAM / CD / FC / FM and resolve customer escalations.

- Track manpower and performance in Dark Store - time manpower reporting. Work with a capacity team to ensure requests are met to safeguard customer interest.

You should apply if you have -

- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Operations

- Work Experience: Min 3 years in Control Tower / Supply Chain Roles

- Strong written and verbal communication; Well versed with office Tools & Basic Knowledge of SQL

- First principles thinking to solve problems.
