JD for Collections _ Team Lead

1. Experience of managing Secured / Unsecured Collections in Early Buckets / Front-end Collections.

2. Should have worked in a similar position for at least 3 years.

3. Should have a strong understanding of Digital Collection Journey.

4. Effective Team management experience.

5. Sound knowledge of Field Management will be an added advantage.

6. Someone who can improve strategic Repayment plans through - Field + Tele calling.

7. Understanding of geographical areas to improve scope of collections & knowledge of Skip Tracing Methods.

8. A good Lead who provides guidance and support & ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards and continuous improvement.

9. Helps to set up a strong, standardized and smooth functioning line in the collections process.

10. Should have handled minimum 15 to 20 agents & encouraged the team to meet organizational goals.

11. Should be aware of KRAS, KPIS & a Collection background handling financial products.

12. Should have Role Experience of minimum 3-5 Years in Domestic Call Center/ Bank and must be a graduate.
