Foxsense - Senior Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Coimbatore. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include handling employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and supporting the HR team in various projects to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

- Experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies

- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Relevant experience of 5+ years in Human Resources

- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations.

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Communicate and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
