Position: Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing


Location: Raipur (Covering Chhattisgarh & Part of Odisha)


Experience: 6-9 Years


We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for Sales and Marketing with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team at the designated location.


Industry Exposure: Capital Goods (Rice Mill / Seed & Grain Processing Machines / Silo Storage Systems / Pumps / Generators)


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive sales and marketing activities for capital goods, specifically seed & grain processing machines, rice mills, sortex machines, and silos.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market presence in the assigned region.


- Provide technical consultation to clients, ensuring the right product selection based on their needs.


- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability through effective planning and execution.


- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and pricing strategies.


- Collaborate with internal teams, including service, operations, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).


- 6-9 years of experience in sales and marketing of capital goods, preferably in grain processing, milling, or related machinery.


- Strong understanding of technical sales and B2B capital goods sales processes.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh and Odisha.


Preferred Competencies:


- Proven experience in managing large accounts and dealer networks.


- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.


- Hands-on experience in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
