Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales and Business Development activities of Fourth Partner Energy in the Region across the product portfolio and sectors. This would include Distributed Solar (on-site solar), Open Access Solar for Private (Commercial and Industrial) customers.
- Own the quarterly and annual targets for the business in the Region to the tune of 100+ MW and market leadership position
- Build the sales capabilities - sales team, sales processes and rigour and drive usage of internal SAP/ systems for monitoring and measurement.
- Develop the sales team through mentoring and guidance to enable growth
- Lead deal closure with key clients enabling win-win outcomes
- Acquire new customers to meet aggressive growth targets while maintaining relationships with existing clients for seamless project execution and repeat business. Build and grow key accounts in the Region
- Work closely with project execution, renewable capital, asset management to ensure the highest customer satisfaction while meeting internal targets
- Establish strong relationships with channel partners and other enabling agencies (government, regulatory, etc.)
- Bring new insights on future opportunities in the market, competition and customer trends
- Manage pipeline review with company leadership for the region
- Be the face of the company and represent the company in external events, brand campaigns.

- Leadership ability capacity to manage and lead people, and develop a team for the future
- Business Acumen high level of business acumen and analytical skills, ability to think through risks and mitigation plan
Profile :
- 15+ years of experience in Sales / Business roles in B2B solutions preferably energy (Solar experience would be a plus, but not mandatory)
- The candidate should have done solution sales in experience
- Strong academic qualifications with an Engineering background; MBA would be a plus
- Team leadership experience
- No restriction on travel
