Fourcent Technologies - Marketing Manager - MYDUTY App

We are looking for "Marketing Manager " for Fourcent Technologies Pvt Ltd., MYDUTY App is one of the products of Fourcent Technologies which is an all-in-one calendar application customized for nurses worldwide. MYDUTY already has more than 60% of market shares in East Asia(Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan) and has recently advanced in India. We aim to become the No 1 App and community for Indian nurses in this year. During the journey of scaling-up in India, we are planning to do aggressive marketing and sales targeting nurses and hospitals. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious colleague as a "Marketing Manager". Ride on MYDUTY rocket!

Job Functions & Requirements:

- 3+ Years of experience working with nurses and Hospital staff.

- Understanding of nurses' work environment, their systems, and hierarchy.

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Qualified with presentation skills, persuasion skills, client relationships, interpersonal skills.

- 100% Fluent in English. Proficiency in Regional languages would be preferred too

- Preference to ex-nurse or ex-hospital officials.

- Strong network with nurses and hospitals would be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Identify and contact decision makers across hospitals in the target cities.

- Relationship management of customers such as nurses and hospital officials by providing support, information and guidance.

- Researching and recommending new opportunities to cooperate.

- Recommend strategic approach to promote MYDUTY app to the community of nurses.

- Represent the company at conferences and other relevant events to promote MYDUTY.

- Organize and manage offline events and promotions for nurses.
