Roles and Responsibilities :
A Rain-maker who assesses client's needs and brings out best solutions w.r.t technology
Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts
Collaboratively and independently designs and implements solutions for solving deal-level challenges
Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to pricing negotiations and conversions
Strategically cut through layers/ barriers to getting to multiple decision-makers and departments
"Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
Prerequisite :
Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS /B2B/Enterprise Tech-sales
Graduation/ Post Graduation : IIM/ISB/XLRI/MDI/MICA/IIT
Experience in HRTech/ Recruitment Industry is preferred
Proven "hunter" track record of consistently over-performing quota and ranking in the top tier of the salesforce
