About CallPrep:

CallPrep, founded by a team of passionate BITS Pilani and IIT Kanpur alumni, is on a mission to revolutionize B2B sales preparation. B2B Sales data is cluttered in multiple locations, which makes it difficult for a salesperson to gather data and prepare well before meetings. Additionally, sales reps forget 80% of their training in 6 months & managers have to continuously train their sales reps on new product updates & recent company news.

That's why we came up with CallPrep - which automatically gathers buyer insights from multiple data sources. CallPrep then creates one pager insights and delivers them within the sales rep workflow. We highlight external insights like buyer intent, decision makers in calls, industry highlights as well as relevant internal material like similar success stories, internal updates etc. Currently, CallPrep is actively piloting its platform with a select group of 3-5 customers, representing diverse industries and business sizes.

As a Sales Head, you'll play a pivotal role in building a high-growth engine that propels CallPrep to success. You'll be an integral part of the leadership team and will work closely with founders to strategize the GTM approach.

Callprep, incubated under Change Engine's 2023 Cohort, has received direct mentorship on product and B2B sales from Varun Aggarwal (Founder Aspiring Minds with $100M exit, MIT alum) and Shailendra Jha (ex-Spinny & MMT and ISB alum). Under Change Engine's guidance, CallPrep has undergone a transformative journey, refining our understanding of the B2B sales space and enhancing our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with founders to develop and refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

- Lead efforts to secure 10-20 early customers, leveraging your network and sales expertise to identify, engage, and convert key prospects into clients.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and expand market reach.

- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate CallPrep's transformative value proposition.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, evaluate effectiveness of strategies, and identify areas for improvement.

- Continuously gather insights from customer interactions and feedback, and communicate them effectively to the product team to develop solutions that derive maximum value to customers.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a demonstrably successful track record.

- Product consultants, pre-sales professionals, and individuals with diverse sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience in concept selling will be highly valued.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels.

- Keen understanding of the B2B salesperson's pain points and a passion for solutions that empower them.

- Data-driven approach to sales, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and a willingness to take calculated risks in a fast-paced startup environment.
