Founder's Office Role - Strategy & Operations - InsurTech SaaS Startup

About The Company:

This Series C funded startup is a leading SaaS player in the InsurTech space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Founder's Office Role: As the co-founder's right hand, you will be responsible for managing various key initiatives within their office. You will prioritize tasks on their behalf and represent the co-founder in business dealings during stakeholder meetings.

- Program Management: You will work with multiple C-level stakeholders to provide strategic oversight and ensure consistent delivery of large-scale initiatives.

- Strategic Initiatives: You will play a key role in building the company's vision, defining goals, and preparing plans and programs to achieve that vision.

- Operations: You will determine how to execute initiatives, focusing on efficient execution. You will clarify responsibilities and distribute them effectively to ensure smooth operation, minimize conflict, and maintain organizational clarity.

- Stakeholder Management: You will ensure a smooth flow of information and eliminate any bottlenecks hindering progress, particularly those caused by the co-founder's busy schedule.

In-office role based in Noida. Diversity candidates will be preferred.
