We are hiring a highly-motivated Founder's Office: Strategic Growth for our Brand Partner in Technology, Information, and Media. This role will drive the success of online programs, optimize lead generation, and foster collaboration among internal teams and agency partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize and scale ads across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage website inventories for banners, popups, and other campaign executions.
- Partner with content and design teams to improve campaign performance.
- Build and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for seamless lifecycle management.
- Oversee transactional, nurturing, upsell, and cross-sell communication strategies.
- Integrate CRM with websites and tools to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Identify and document scalable processes to improve team efficiency.
- Align with program management, tech, and sales teams for multi-channel campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign metrics (MQL's, SQL's, pipeline) and recommend optimizations.
- Establish processes for CRM, performance marketing, telesales, and feedback mechanisms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in growth and marketing operations, preferably in edtech or a B2C environment.
- Skills: Growth marketing, funnel optimization, CRM management, analytics, and team management.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, A/B testing, and marketing tech stacks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
