Preferred Experience:

- Engineer / Graduate (preferably in Economics) with 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth SaaS or technology company.

- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven track record in strategy, operations, or business analytics, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.

- Sound data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools and project management tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven ability to with work cross-functional teams o drive alignment on strategic initiatives.

- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
