Overview:
- At Miri, we're seeking an entrepreneurial and highly energetic individual to join as Founder's Office Associate (Operations Focus).
- This role is pivotal in driving the day-to-day operations of the company, oNering unparalleled ownership, autonomy, and the chance to witness firsthand the growth trajectory of a startup in its one to ten journey. Youll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, taking charge of everything from procurement, production, logistics to omni channel order fulfilment.
- At the successful completion of one year, this role will transition into handling highly strategic and special projects for the company.
Key Responsibilities : CEO of Operations:
- At the outset Founders ONice (Ops) role is more like CEO of Operations, you'll oversee everything order fulfilment, demand / production planning, procurement, logistics, and more. Whatever it takes to keep the company functioning like well-oiled machinery.
- You will have the right amount of empowerment and mentoring necessary to succeed. Now to the specifics of what this role with entail, Production management
- Monitor website and marketplace orders, develop production schedules, and allocate the production of bags. Supervise daily bag production, ensuring alignment with established targets. End-to-End Order Management Manage orders across Shopify and various marketplaces, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfilment.
- Logistics Management - Schedule orders on Shiprocket and ensure timely daily dispatch. Actively monitor orders daily, escalating any delays or failed deliveries. Customer Query Management Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally on customer support platforms
Customer Reviews Management - Collect and manage customer reviews, leveraging feedback to improve products and services. Website Management Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platform. Coordinate with the tech team from time to time to ensure website runs smoothly.
- Inventory Management - Oversee the complete inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering. GST Filing Support Provide support for GST filing and compliance activities. Marketplace Listing Support Assist in listing products on various marketplaces, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.
- Exhibition Support Provide logistical and administrative support for exhibitions and events. Logistics Support Assist with any additional logistics-related tasks as required. This role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of Miris Founder's Office and driving the company's success in its day-to-day activities.
Qualifications: Prior experience in operations or a similar role at a D2C / E-Commerce company is preferable but not mandatory.
