This is an ownership-driven role where you will be instrumental in leading GTM of various new initiatives within the company. The role involves taking new initiatives from 0 to 1, almost like running a separate company within Assurekit. Along with launching new products, you will build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies, establish critical business opportunities and iterate to get to product-market fit. The role deeply focuses on partnerships, a responsibility entirely in your control. This job doesn't come with a defined set of responsibilities; you will have to do whatever it takes to launch and scale this new vertical.

- 4+ years of total experience
- Entrepreneurial work experience, ie you have :
- Been part of (the founding team) of a startup in the B2B2C space, OR worked in consulting at a major consulting firm, with project experience in B2B2C business models
- Juggled coordinating product and tech, along with business and finance
- An understanding of budgeting, partnerships, and business planning
- A keen understanding of consumer mindset and behaviour
- A go-getter: someone who does not wait for instructions and guidelines but believes in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
- Excellent adaptability
- Someone with proven experience in building a product will be preferred
- A bachelor's degree, at the very least, from a tier 1 college
