Role Overview:

The Founder's Office is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to support the founder in operational, strategic, and stakeholder engagement activities. This role is pivotal in enhancing our ESG initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of EPR strategies across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic initiatives related to ESG and EPR.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in environmental consulting.

Project Management:

- Oversee and coordinate ESG and EPR projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and monitor progress.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on project outcomes and ESG performance metrics.

Operational Excellence:

- Identify process improvements and efficiency enhancements in EPR operations.

- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for environmental consulting services.

Research & Reporting:

- Conduct research on environmental regulations, trends, and best practices in ESG and EPR.

- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the founder and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- At least 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, ESG operations, or related fields.

- Applicants who have been a part of an early team of a startup or have attempted entrepreneurship are preferred but not mandatory

- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and EPR frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
