At least 2 years of experience in Tier 1 consulting, early-stage startups, or other fast-paced cross-functional teams (freshers & senior folks with relevant backgrounds will also be considered)
- Should be excellent at storytelling using presentations & at analysis in Excel
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen & network
- Should be able to commit passionately & take ownership
- Should be analytical, first principles thinker & a problem solver at heart
- Should love hard-core execution - rolling up sleeves & getting hands dirty

Responsibilities :
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and collaborate on all activities on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.
- Discover and implement new ideas/ strategies and techniques to solve issues that come up and handle any hiccups that come along the way.
- Working on the management of tasks of the company from conception to delivery
- Design & support founders' internal & external communications, and coordinate the company-wide goals process.
- Act as an adviser to the CxOs and the entire senior management team.
- Act as a project manager for high level, cross functional projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Senior Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.
- Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success.
- Supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks ensuring the business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines
