Barefoot will have two business focuses.   1.One would be to create and set up an interactive web-portal which will provide the much required platform to institutions and individuals within the not for profit sector across different domains  - to connect with each other  - share knowledge  - exchange ideas  - put up vacancies or search for their ideal job  - showcase talent or fulfill their quest for identifying the right talent  Our endeavor will be to deliver a wide array of IT and mobile enabled services which will make this a vibrant and much sought after community for development professionals to be a member of. One of the main objectives of Barefoot is to be India's first high impact networking platform for the social sector. This is a totally new concept so far as the social sector is concerned but one which has tremendous scope for success due to its unique value proposition for sector professionals.   2.The other business focus of Barefoot would be to provide high quality contingency search services to enable the social sector recruit extremely qualified professionals at the junior and mid management levels - an area of concern for a lot of organizations today in the sector. This would be an offline activity through a separate team of trained professionals, leveraging on the knowledge of the sector that Third Sector Partners has acquired through its stellar work over the past decade.  Reason for hire:   Third Sector Partners seeks to recruit a dynamic individual as Founder - CEO for Barefoot, who will take on the leadership role of driving this exciting start up. He/she will have to strategize and develop micro and macro business plans from scratch, build sustainable model, client engagement and will also recruit, mentor and build up a team of high caliber professionals. The role is an exciting one, and will give the individual an opportunity to shape the future of India's first networking platform for the social sector.  Responsibilities & Results:  - Strategize and establish the business by developing a long term vision for the organization, establishing relevant business plans and overseeing its effective execution.   - Develop business relationships; implement scalable strategies to build a revenue generating sustainable model.   - To ideate and come with innovative means to attract new users to the network and at the same time maintain relationship with existing members through sustain proactive outreach.  - Undertake brand building initiatives online and offline.  - Would be responsible for achievement of agreed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.  - Monitor the industry and come up with relevant ideas for geographical expansion, new product development, member acquisition, adoption of new relevant technology etc.  - Work closely with the IT vendor to continuously upgrade and maintain the platform to ensure the uninterrupted and highest quality of the service to the users; also experiment with the latest technology, including mobile App based platforms.  - Recruit, mentor and manage teams and drive them to deliver effectively.  - Would also be responsible for financial management and external stakeholder engagement related to the portal.  Essential Experience and Skills:  - Post-Graduation in Marketing or B.Tech/B.E./ M.Tech from a reputed college with a minimum of 6 years of experience preferably with prior experience in a startup.  - S/He should have participated in growing businesses and should have experience of working in sales and marketing of preferably technology based start-ups.  - S/He should have prior experience of working independently and have a high level of affinity with technology based solutions.  - Excellent negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills and advanced financial management skills.  Highly Desirable:  - Someone who has either worked in a start up or established a vertical/unit from scratch and taken it to scale or been an entrepreneur himself.  Interested candidates can send in their CVs along with three references and a cover note with the subject line indicating - BAREFOOT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER- or call on 022-43493333.
