Foundation AI - Senior Product Manager

- Foundation AI is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative business applications. In this role, you will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization, establish strong partnerships across the business, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- By leveraging your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creative mindset, you will play a key role in delivering a cutting-edge and differentiated product that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and time-to-hire for our customers, including some of the world's most innovative and successful companies. You must have prior experience in enterprise insurance and legal space product companies.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage one or more product squads consisting of product designers, engineers, and quality analysts.

- Create a compelling vision for the technology platform and drive its delivery and adoption across the organization.

- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business needs, customer pain points, and development effort.

- Foster cross-team collaboration and act as a bridge between business product managers, end customers, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality product.

- Drive the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and go-to-market activities.

- Utilize data-informed decision-making and demonstrate a deep understanding of critical business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.

- Evaluate various technologies and perform thorough buy vs. build analyses to determine the best and fastest approaches for delivering value to our customers.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirements.

- Manage the product backlog and create detailed user stories that support the development of the product, its features, and enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product manager, with a track record of defining, building, and launching successful software platforms or technical products related to Foundation and Core Systems.

- Strong background in building technical products involving API design, integrations across platforms, backend services, microservices, and data layer integrations.

- Experience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definition

- Solid technical knowledge to understand complex technical subjects and emerging technologies, enabling effective communication of requirements to engineering teams. Prior engineering experience is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in leading via agile and scrum methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with large, distributed, and cross-functional teams.

- Comfortable engaging with software engineers, architects, and data engineers on technical topics such as data architectures, APIs, and services.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value and effectively communicate with upper management and peers.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in various product management disciplines and functions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
