Key Account Manger - National Accounts
Objectives of the role:
Responsible for improving sales of National Key Accounts thru developing and maintaining customer relationship. Develop trust and rapport with the National Key Accounts. Improves Fosroc range of products penetration to their all key projects across country and influence key decision makes by way of presenting range of applications and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for understanding business potential and project pipeline of Key Accounts.
- Delivery of Sales against Budget targets and increase our share in the key accounts.
- Help in pursuing collections and help in driving overdue> 10 days to be NIL.
- Strict adherence to customer complaint and credit management.
- Deliver KPI's as agreed with line manager and provide regular updates.
- Delivery of Gross Margins through delivery of pricing strategy.
- Key account management and market intelligence inputs.
- Fully responsible for project and sales funnel for each of the key customer account.
- Key Account manager will also be responsible for appropriate inputs into the strategy and joint participations in delivery of various marketing / sales/ pricing strategies.
- Understand competitors activity to overcome possible risk with key accounts.
- To develop Key account plan for each Key account & update the same on monthly basis.
- To visit Various sites of Key account to develop solutions or to understand site dynamics.
Knowledge/experience/skills/personal attributes required for this role:- Graduate with Civil Engineering and at least 6 - 8 yrs. of experience managing Sales of Construction Chemical products managing Key Accounts.
- Degree or Diploma in sales and Marketing Management.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, Ability to manage key stake holders and build rapport.
