Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Quality Control at Fortis Healthcare in Bengaluru.

- The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control operations, managing analytical processes, ensuring quality assurance, and implementing quality management practices to uphold high standards of healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

- Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills

- Good exposer to NABH, JCI audits

- Analytical Skills

- Laboratory Skills

- Experience in Quality Management from reputed hospitals

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication and leadership skills

- Master's degree in related Field

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of quality control operations to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality healthcare services.

- Oversee and implement quality assurance programs and practices across clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.

- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare standards, including NABH, JCI, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.

- Supervise analytical and laboratory processes, ensuring all procedures meet the necessary quality and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that enhance patient safety and care outcomes.

- Regularly review and evaluate quality performance data and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Develop and manage comprehensive reports for senior management, detailing quality control metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions.

- Prepare the organization for internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place
