Forensic Auditor - Service Industry

Position Title: Forensic Auditor (Non-CA Profiles Only)

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: - 16 Lacs per annum

Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role:

BNC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Forensic Auditor role for a service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting forensic audits to identify and mitigate financial fraud, assess and enhance the effectiveness of financial controls, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is intended for non-CA professionals with relevant experience in forensic auditing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct forensic audits to identify and investigate discrepancies, fraud, or irregularities in financial records and transactions.

2.Analyze financial data and transactions to detect any signs of fraudulent activity or misappropriation of assets.

3.Perform detailed FASSI compliance checks and ensure that the organization adheres to the necessary financial regulations.

4.Develop audit reports and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks, enhance controls, and improve processes.

5.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for audits.

6.Collaborate with legal teams to assist in any investigations related to fraud or financial misconduct.

7.Maintain detailed documentation and records of all audits and investigative findings.

8.Stay updated on forensic auditing techniques, financial crime trends, and FASSI compliance requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in forensic auditing, internal auditing, or compliance auditing.

2.Education: Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Non-CA professionals).

3.Knowledge of forensic audit techniques and methodologies.

4.Understanding of FASSI (Financial and Accounting Standards for Institutions) compliance standards and financial regulations.

5.Strong analytical and investigative skills.

6.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of auditing software is a plus.

7.Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting audit findings.

8.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

9.Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment.
