1. Work with Truck vendors and Large corporate organizations to drive Ford smart mobility business
2. Bring in Innovative Concepts to establish a Moving Goods/people work stream which has the following
- Strong USP's to capture the market.
- Scalable
- Cost efficient and has a Good positive UEM (Net margin)
3. Initiate sales strategies for the region and drive it successfully to achieve results.
4. Generate leads and ensure adequate account conversions to meet revenue targets.
5. Manage Key accounts and drive positive growth
6. Collaborate closely with sourcing/operations to identify, develop, and drive adoption of standard methodologies for long-term growth.
7. Be a strategic thought partner to Leadership with regard to customer acquisition, account management & relationship building.
8. Study market by various benchmarking methodologies to enable competitive delivery of FSM service for existing/potential clients
