Senior Manager, Operations Analyst

Responsibilities :
Restaurant Operations management :
- Ensure healthy restaurant mix across locations (cuisine, ops metrics, local favorites, right mapping area wise etc)
- Ensure great operational and business performance
- Develop and spearhead initiatives to ensure high compliance including rewarding top performers
- Ensure business growth objectives of restaurants are met and in line with foodpanda expectations
- Cross-functional execution: Work across Automation, Service and Compliance teams
- Customer focused front end (website and app) optimization - focusing on increasing business performance - orders, reorders growth etc
- Cross functional: Working with Sales (revenue) & Customer Ops
- Strategic insight generation for Top management decision making across verticals - providing business and ops related inputs
- Lead/ own pilots and move successes to execution mode
Requirements :
- Strategy and PMO experience preferably in Operations Consulting across sectors (does not have to be relevant to Food/ restaurants)
- Ability to breakdown ambiguous problems to create actionable solutions
- Well versed in Excel analysis
- Good communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Preferred candidate should have consulting experience (2-5 years)
