Responsibilities :

- Managing company's P&L, Sourcing, Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, QA, Business Development of Mumbai

- Framing SOPs, Tracking formats, Business dashboards, Employee performance evaluation and Training modules

- Planning and building short-term and long-term supply in the city across products and categories

- Ensuring profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention through effective incentive, R&R schemes

- Keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape of the city. Adapting business model to stay ahead of the competition

- Forecasting and creating business plan to ensure supply and demand growth, owning metrics to drive optimization

- Conceptualizing and driving local consumer behavior driven demand and marketing plans - online and offline

- Ideating and executing local partnerships, affiliations and engagement for business partners and consumers

- Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of foodpanda

Requirements :

- Work experience of 3+ years in Sales or Marketing or Operations

- Strategizing and executing all account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to activations

- Leading the Operations team in delivering the best Customer experience
