Experience - Minimum 6 years work experience of which minimum 4 years experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition
Role:
1. We are looking for a business development manager who will be responsible for sales & business development. The Resource has to have thorough understanding of consulting & should have experience in BD, sales, marketing etc.
2. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines
3. Your goal will be to ensure that the business development/ client acquisition targets are met Quarter on Quarter.
Responsibilities in detail:Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com) is a consulting firm operating in the markets of India and the Middle East. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling up its business.
As Business Development Manager you will need to:
1. Identify new customers & increase client base
2. Identify fresh sources for new client acquisition
3. Prepare business proposals and presentations
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
5. Interact with the CEO regarding new prospective clients & drive closure of the deal
6. Carry out research and data collection to understand new prospective clients
7. Present findings and recommendations to the CEO
8. Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
9. Spend considerable time travelling to client sites in India & Abroad.
