Job Description:
- As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in articulating our product's value proposition to potential clients and partners.
- You will be responsible for explaining and writing detailed descriptions of all product features and APIs, while also engaging with customers in English to support pre-sales efforts.
KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Documentation: Write clear, detailed, and user-friendly documentation for all product features, including SMS, OBD, IVR, Contact Center, and AI-backed modules.
- API Documentation: Provide technical descriptions and examples for API integrations, helping customers and developers understand how to use our APIs effectively.
- Pre-Sales Support: Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, present tailored product demonstrations, and articulate how our CPaaS solutions can meet their business needs.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers in English via email, calls, and meetings to explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Solution Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present compelling proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our platform and how it can add value to their communication needs.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the CPaaS industry to provide industry insights, trends, and best practices, helping clients understand how our solutions stand out in the market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and feature understanding.
- AI Features Development: Participate in building and promoting new AI-backed features and ensure customers understand the value and application of these solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients during the pre-sales phase to ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales and implementation teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the CPaaS industry- , particularly with SMS, OBD, IVR, and Contact Center solutions.
- Strong technical writing skills for product and API documentation.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions using our product suite.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud-based communication platforms, and customer support solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of AI-powered communication tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working in the CPaaS industry or with telecom-related products.
- Hands-on experience with API integration and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in communication platforms is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms.
