Role: Oracle HRMS Consultant

Domain Experience: 2- 4 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage key HR processes within Oracle HRMS, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Self Service HR (SS HR), Workforce Management, and Compensation Management.

- Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules to align with the organization's specific requirements and workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRMS functionalities and user access.

- Ensure the Oracle HRMS system complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and employment laws.

- Stay updated with changes in HR regulations and incorporate necessary updates into the HRMS system.

- Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for system enhancements.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Oracle HRMS system.

- Skills Needed: A good understanding of HR functions, HRMS, and payroll process flows.

- Should have worked in HR operations or as a HR generalist.

- Should have worked in HR software as an end user.

- Courses or certification related to HRMS / HCM will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
