- Focuskon Technologies is a company which is into automised training, where we create a personal learning management portal for any small and medium business by making detailed documents and videos of different different profiles so that whenever a new staff joins he is fully trained within 12 hours and is ready to do his job.

- Candidates preferred from recruitment companies, HR Companies, consulting companies who have good contacts owner of small and medium businesses, or good contacts with HR manager of different companies

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Lead management; to generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth

2. Calls and visits; deliver sales, leads, margin growth, insights and contact acquisition through telephone conversations and face to face visits.

3. Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through regular one-to-ones, team meetings and ad hoc feedback

4. Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted

5. Achieve sales targets and other specified metrics

Digital marketing responsibilities:

1. Develop the go-to-market digital plan, owning the entire India digital marketing

2. Responsible for driving Innovation, Engagement across all social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 10 years and above sales experience in related products.

2. Must be self-motivated, sales-driven, and aggressive and possesses good interpersonal skills.

3. Able to communicate well and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

4. Willing to travel regional when assigned.

5. Good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

6. Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

7. Should have good exposure in Internet and Social Media marketing strategies

8. Should have a very good understanding of Start-up business growth aspects

9. Should have a great ambition to make the business a multi-million one in the market

10. Should have great interest and understanding capability about the Product

11. Should have futuristic plans to make the Service Pan India
