FLYWITHVIP.COM is a startup that has signed up with 300 celebrities in the country and auctions and raffles the inflight seat adjacent to the celebrity whenever they take a flight, with proceeds going to a charity which the celebrity supports. We launched this site in Feb 2015 with a flight with the Bollywood Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan. Thereafter we've had flights with Anushka Sharma, R Madhavan, AbhishekBachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Asin and others. The celebrities signed up are from various spheres including India Inc (represented by Mr. Birla, Mr. Godrej, Mr. Bajaj, Mr. Narayan Murthy and others), Spiritual gurus (represented by Deepak Chopra and Sri SriRavishankar), Sports (represented by MS Dhoni, Virat, Rohit Sharma, Sania, Saina and others), Fashion Designers, Bank Chairmen's and MD's. Coming soon are newer genres like politicians and bureaucrats.
From end Oct our raffles will be offered to Vodafone, Idea, RCOM, BSNL, Tata Docomo users. Our mobile app will be pre-burnt into a million handsets of domestic handset makers Micromax and Lava in December. We are looking at raising around 200 cr for deserving charities in Year 2.

- Or someone who's worked in a mature start-up, and has successfully scaled up the firm to a large scale....but doesn't enjoy it anymore, as he/she doesn't get a kick in working in a large enterprise anymore, and is keen to get on boarded on a rocket, the next super start-up.
- Someone who is hands on and has successfully scaled up customer acquisition in smart ways at a super rate, and is looking to get a bigger kick in being in the front seat on the next Rocket.
- Is done with living in the shadows, and wants to carve out his/her big story under the sun now. Wants to sign his/her name over the next big start up story.

Responsibilities :
- Build and manage the brand marketing function, strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos. Being a great Marketing whiz isn't enough anymore you are an excellent recruiter (you will create your own team), a meticulous project manager, a precise communicator and moreover an avid learner.
- Formulate and direct the overall marketing and communication strategy (on air and off- air) for all channels, so as to achieve the desired audience reach and targets.
- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive brand.
- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty, etc
- Impact on Revenue and market share growth: customer life cycle management and building marketing capability and spend Track -and -measure effectiveness.
- Go to market strategy : positioning, Strategic planning : Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics
- Must have experience of handling both offline and online marketing in e-commerce companies.
- Entrepreneurial driven strategic thinking and ability to lead and drive critical business functions such as Brand, Marketing, Products, eCommerce is an essential requirement.
