- Strategy creation basis Global Sales Funnel
- Do fit gap analysis & plan to approach & open a new region / account / customer
- Proactive Hunting with sales directors in different regions globally
- Persistently Push Sales Directors to sell more & sell new solutions
- Track & Measure the sales enablement effort with weekly & monthly reports on Funnel prioritization, No of solutions suggested/created, Number of replications, Alternate revenue options identified & converted, Custom demos & pitches made
- Mainly responsible to reduce the sales cycle time & add more opportunities in the sales funnel
- Drive new revenue opportunities by creating new solutions around existing product offerings
- Help cross sell & up sell in existing accounts
- New content & story creation & Liaise with Solutions team to enable new possibilities
- Periodic follow ups with Sales to pursue & ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Create & manage governance structure with sales team
- Responsible for quality of the solutions delivered
- Does feasibility Study and incorporates Changes to Solution blueprint if feasible
- Engage with internal teams for development of custom components
- Strategic sales & market research to help find & create alternate revenue options
- Gather & analyze deep understanding of the potential buyer & its needs
- Prioritize the targets in funnel with Sales Directors
- Create New- easy to use, understand & quick to replicate solutions across geographies
- Preparing & Sharing high quality content & demos, best practices, research
- Understanding of Client Requirements (Stated, Un Stated & Latent Needs) directly from Client or through Sales Directors
- Creating a Vivid Presentation, Documentation, Use Case to meet Client's Requirements, Use Case Based Selling of All Flytxt Products & Services
- Presentation with CMO, CIO, CTO, VP Business Intelligence, Digital head, Big data Infra Head, CRM Heads and all the User Teams, Functional Teams and get their Mind Share on Offerings & Value Proposition
Key Challenges -
- Person with solution architecting background in products from big data/ analytics domain from IT / Telecom product companies
- Person with New product development background in Digital / Telecom space
