We specialize in mobile and web app marketing, and we're looking for a dynamic Growth & Social Media Manager to drive app downloads, create high-impact marketing strategies, and manage our clients' social media presence.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Growth & Social Media Manager who can communicate with clients, develop growth strategies, and manage social media campaigns.

- You will be responsible for increasing app downloads, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and working closely with SEO, PPC, and design teams to deliver results.

- This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who can drive engagement while focusing on performance-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing & Strategy:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app downloads, user engagement, and retention.

- Optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) and SEO strategies for better visibility.

- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Analyze marketing data and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

- Work with the development team to improve user experience and customer retention strategies.

- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, graphic designers, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management & Content Strategy:

- Handle and grow the social media presence of multiple clients on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Plan and execute content marketing strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.

- Develop social media calendars, create engaging content, and schedule posts.

- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement to increase brand awareness.

- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Content Writing & Copywriting:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, and digital ads.

- Write compelling ad copies, captions, and marketing messages that drive conversions.

- Develop content strategies tailored for different platforms and target audiences.

- Work with graphic designers to ensure visually appealing and impactful storytelling.

Client & Team Communication:

- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing plans.

- Work closely with SEO, PPC, and design teams to align marketing efforts.

- Present marketing reports and analyze campaign performance with clients and internal teams.

- Ensure all marketing activities align with the client's KPIs and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.

- Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, ASO, and content marketing.

- Experience in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.

- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and App Store Optimization tools.

- Experience with social media management tools.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

- Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

- A creative mindset with an eye for design and engaging content.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Experience working with mobile app marketing and user acquisition strategies.

- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist,Brevo).

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
