Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Business Building and growth (Top line), adding maximum B2B partners, success on TMC Portals and ranking of FlxHo on TMC Portals - making sure top of the mind extended stay Brand and leadership on platforms. Managing aggregator partnerships and achieving joint sales targets with respective aggregators
- Drive the JBP process and monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Responsible for monthly/ quarterly target delivery at Channel level and promotion calendar & budget planning etc.
- Engage with channel partners, predict & tap business opportunities of increasing FlxHo geographical footprint across major cities in India or unique customised solutions following demand trends and inputs from channel partners.
- Design and execute initiatives to build engagement with channel partners and driver their internal teams to maximize FlxHo Sales, Growth, Market Share in extended stays and Topline & profitability. Plan quarterly engagement calendars with aggregators aligned with FlxHo business priorities.
- Work closely with the internal Property Ops & Guest Exp. team to deliver Par Excellence service delivery to guests. Liaison with other internal cross functional stakeholders like Marketing, IT, digital, NPD to drive agreed JBP initiatives
- Design and execute joint sales and brand promotion programs
- Strong analytical and business management skills
- Strong sales background and exposure
- Strong in communication, presentation, leadership & interpersonal skills esp. when dealing with external parties/aggregators
- The incumbent should be a leader who has a hunger to leave a lasting impact and most importantly is passionate about consumers and curious to solve problems and courageous to challenge the status quo. The person needs to works conjointly with stake holders and partner function - HR / Finance / Ops etc.
- Proactively Builds team under him as and when business needs. Should push internal teams and founders for building for future, picking trends from competitors and channel partners - on client needs.
- Develops & executes portal launch plans, drive growth in KPIs, keep tight pricing controls and ensure targeted income levels. Have a strong hold on numbers and should be very high on analytics so that can identify inefficiencies & opportunities.
- Define metrics of FlxHo's success on B2B channels and work with internal/ external teams to create right dashboard to track these metrics well and deliver on targeted numbers. managing the performance objectively, & driving performance driven accountability at every level.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification -MBA/PGDM or any other relevant professional qualification from a premier institute
- Experience - 4-6 years of proficient sales experience within a digital first consumer focussed company
- Experience in Hospitality and IHM Graduation Background will be a plus
Skills:
- Highly entrepreneurial person with great communication, analytical, team/ peer handling, problem solving & negotiation skills.
- Critical hard skills - Business planning, good in budget and Organised.
- High on analytics, efficient use of all MS office tools, Google Spreadsheets; Comfortable with large amount of data and importantly can use data to drive insights and cut the problem in small slices to understand solutions.
- On a softer side, great team player, someone who can inspire the team for a common goal, can set really high standards for oneself and the team. The incumbent should be high on adaptability, agility & should be curious to learn & experiment.
- Personality trait which will make you successful: Positive, high energy leadership. Someone who can work in ambiguity and can rally own team and the cross functional team towards a common vision.
