About the Role:
Role Gurgaon- Leasing / BD Head
Reporting to - Co-Founder & CEO

We are looking for:
- We are looking for an Leasing/ BD Head for Flxho, someone who is obsessed about growth, drives behaviours of utmost commitment keeping integrity at the heart and is obsessed with Brand Success.
- The Leasing leader should be sound commercially and should be passionate about residential housing sector.
- Passionate data driven leader who drives rigour in execution, working closely with Broker Affiliate Partners and driving FlxHo success with them both for property acquisition and forward renting out, make FlxHo top of the rental housing Branded Solution both for Consumers and Brokers, bringing convenience, trust and consistency in whole experience.
- Also work on various ideas and plans to organically acquire properties on revenue sharing or partnership basis.
- Looking for that problem solving mindset, intent to build business and growth with the organisation and strong communication skills to lead non reporting teams.
- This role, will deeply contribute to the expansion story of the brand and hence we are looking for leaders who have high positive energy, who dream big & deliver bigger. Have the passion to make it big, make it happen mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Job Purpose:
- To understand and identify demand areas where we need to acquire properties and maintain rolling pipeline. Responsible for both Supply of Apartments and forward leasing.
- Design and execute Affiliate Partner Program and Build a network of Brokers for acquisition and forward leasing of residential properties.
- Take initiatives to engage Broker Network so that they route clients to FlxHo Properties/ Rental Solutions.
- Lead offline initiatives to make FlxHo a go to brand for Property Owners and Rental Property Seekers.
- Timely renewal of existing agreements and Resolve operation related issues with Landlord.
- Bench marking and analysis of Market rent trends and renegotiation of rentals as per market rate for acquisition at best rates.
- Work closely with various agencies to rent out FlxHo powered apartments solving for Domestic and Global Mobility requirements.
- Identify and follow demand to Launch FlxHo properties across high demand Hyper Locations in the city.
- Maximize Revenue Sharing and Partnership property launches for FlxHo
- Negotiate deals to close consistent with FlxHo guidelines, and in a manner that leverages internal resources to create a mutually-profitable business relationship
Key Accountabilities:
- Pick demand trends and upcoming developments & create a pipeline Market Mapping - Survey of New Potential locations
- Prepare reports for properties - SOR, ROI, Rental outflow
- Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the rent or lease
- Market Mapping - Survey and Understand market potential and help identify trade areas
- Coordinate - License related documents, load, Landlord scope of responsibilities, etc. for projects
- Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team
- Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and property owners
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification -MBA/PGDM or any other relevant professional qualification from a premier institute
- Experience - 4-6 years of City lead/ Sales / Leasing experience with a New Age StartUp
- Experience in Gurgaon Market will be a plus
Skills:
- Highly entrepreneurial person with great communication, pleasant personality, analytical, non reporting external team/ peer handling, problem solving & negotiation and convincing skills.
- Looking at joining the company at Early growth stage and grow exponentially with company.
- Ability to build teams.
- Critical hard skills - Business planning, good in budget and Organised.
- High on analytics, efficient use of all MS office tools, Google Spreadsheets; Comfortable with large amount of data and importantly can use data to drive insights and cut the problem in small slices to understand solutions.
- On a softer side, great team player, someone who can inspire the team for a common goal, can set really high standards for oneself and the team. The incumbent should be high on adaptability, agility & should be curious to learn & experiment.
