We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in brand management and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate in developing brand marketing strategies that drive market share and profitability.
- Execute assigned brand plans and manage budgets to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Brand Growth & Market Outreach:
- Assist in implementing strategies for brand and project growth, identify new market opportunities, and expand brand reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute brand and marketing plans effectively.
Brand Communication & Advertising:
- Develop communication and advertising initiatives aligned with brand positioning to increase brand awareness and consumer preference.
Campaign Development:
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to create 360-degree marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
New Product Launches:
- Design and implement strategies for successful new product launches within the brand portfolio.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in brand management and new product development.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Hands-on experience with task management software like Asana or Wrike.
- Proficient in updating and reporting on tasks in a timely manner
