Experience:

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant who will be responsible for managing the delivery of data engineering projects and leading the project teams.

- The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in data engineering and extensive experience in managing and delivering complex projects in a timely and efficient manner.

- We strongly prefer candidates with experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of data engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Architect data solutions like data warehouse, enterprise analytics and BI, etc.

- Manage project teams, ensuring that team members are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that project timelines, milestones, and budgets are met.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

- Sometimes, even get hands-on to help the team.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

- Interviewing key candidates.

- Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5- years of experience in data engineering and at least 2 years of experience in managing project teams.

- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing data engineering projects using technologies such as BI, ADF, or other ETL tools.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
