Job Description:


Partner with Engineering:

- Partner closely with the Leadership team to build a long-term product vision and oversee prioritization efforts to ensure the engineering team understands business needs and feels empowered to make.

- Manage the product organization's budget; inform build vs buy technology decisions and partner closely with Engineering vendors as needed.

Define, Instrument, and Manage KPIs Relevant to your Product Portfolio:

- Work with the Leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and operationalize the key metrics you will use to grow the business's total footprint.

- Own the overall success of the product organization by inspiring trust, fostering interactions, valuing idea sharing, and creating transparency through OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that contribute to the company's culture and growth.

Be a Cross-Functional Partner:

- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new means of monetization, manage platform integrations, and define and own product roadmaps.

- Lead Go-to-Market efforts and marshal resources to ensure successful launches.

- Own product documentation and training for both internal teams and customers.

Lead & Manage a Best-in-Class Product Team:

- Lead the product management team on product vision, design, strategy, and execution.

- Set best-in-class guiding principles for the product team, including conducting compelling user interviews, forming hypotheses, prioritizing, and executing tasks.

- Be a thought leader in healthcare and/or consumer products.

Drive Innovation:

- Drive product innovation and improvement of solutions that map to product/market fit, drive customer success, maintain market leadership, and provide excellent revenue growth.

- Drive disciplined research efforts to understand customer needs and define priorities and product decisions.

- Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics and incorporate learnings into development.

Strive for Alignment and Improvement:

- Leverage your energy and determination to inspire your team to strive for improvement.

- Be the go-to leader for product vision and strategy. Communicate our product value proposition clearly - internally and externally.

- Lead and manage with our values: Ownership, Growth Mindset, Kindness/Respect.

Measures of Success:


- Standard SaaS KPIs include but are not limited to revenue growth, acquisition, engagement, retention & advocacy.

- Progress on roadmap vs commitments

- Contribution to the individual success and job satisfaction of each direct report.

- Improved documentation and shared understanding of our products and plans throughout the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience spanning strategy, go-to-market, product, and general management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in the healthcare, consumer products, or technology industries.

- 5+ years of leadership experience building and empowering high-performing teams.

- Strong commercial acumen, informing all priorities and decisions with a keen understanding of market needs and business goals.

- Experience in healthcare, electronic health records, provider-facing technology, or digital helpful but not required.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform both product and commercial decisions.

- Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- The executive presence and aptitude to accurately represent the Product team and Spring Health overall to internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams.

- A self-starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships.
