Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and own the comprehensive commercial plan for the ecommerce business.

- Prepare Annual Operating Plans and Sales Plans to align with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external e-commerce agencies to identify and unlock revenue and profit opportunities.

P&L Ownership:

- Manage the P&L of the ecommerce business, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

- Monitor performance across all digital channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Online Strategy & Execution:

- Drive the overall ecommerce strategy, including category development, product catalog optimization, and merchandising.

- Improve customer experience by identifying and implementing features like new payment solutions, communication tools, and mobile solutions.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee performance marketing efforts, monitoring and optimizing channel performance (e.g., Performance Marketing, SEO, Retention Marketing, Affiliate marketing).

- Partner with Brand Marketing to align ecommerce campaigns with overall brand goals.

Data-Driven Growth:

- Analyze site metrics and conversion funnel data to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and improve site performance.

- Leverage analytics to evaluate initiatives and continuously refine the ecommerce strategy.

Industry Research & Innovation:

- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
