We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence to new heights. Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from setup to execution, reporting, and optimization. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
2. Marketing Strategy Leadership: Lead and develop marketing strategies across App Marketing, SEO, SEM, Retention Marketing, Retargeting, Email, and Social Media.
3. Content Marketing: Create and manage a content calendar. Lead the content marketing team in executing content plans. Analyze performance and continuously improve content marketing efforts.
4. Affiliate Marketing & Partnership Program: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs and strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive growth.
5. Team Building & Team Nurturing: Lead, mentor, & manage the marketing and content team. Ensure high performance, skill development, and effective collaboration within the team.

- Previous experience in the Ecommerce/Internet industry.
- Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA preferred; B. Tech graduate can also apply.
- Minimum of 5-9 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have worked in an internet company for at least 4 years.
